LYME VS DYSBIOSIS SYMPTOMS
ARE DOCTORS GETTING SOME OF THIS WRONG?
COULD SOME OF THE POST LYME TREATMENT SYMPTOMS aka "Chronic Lyme" ACTUALLY BE DYSBIOSIS CAUSED BY THE ANTIBIOTICS THEMSELVES?

There are overlapping symptoms that might need reclassification as "Post Antibiotic Intoxication Syndrome" AKA Dysbiosis. YES, Lyme tests are scandalously outdated and inaccurate. YES, there might be undetected Lyme still in our bodies awaiting better tests. YES, antibiotics are all we've got for initial treatment, after all you wouldn't treat syphilis with Ozone therapy or herbs! If Lyme practitioners or any physician administering antibiotics are not up to speed with recent advances on the Microbiome front they are, at this point, negligent and you need to find another doctor. "Yogurt and probiotics" are a pretty limp response to: "But what do I do about replenishing the entire families of microbes you just spent 1 year getting rid of with all those antibiotics?" ANY discussion of Lyme treatment that does not address the destruction and restoration of a MAJOR and recently "discovered" organ -the Microbiome- is an incomplete one. This is not about Kimchi and sauerkraut!
The possibility that these lingering symptoms are DYSBIOTIC and not from LYME should trigger some major rethinking of therapeutic approaches. If some doctors are actively destroying an entire "organ" and its relationship to just about every major system in your body and are IGNORANT of those impacts yet continue to insist that every symptom you get after treatment is LYME rather than a direct result of antibiotic treatment, then we've got a major blindspot in our clinical practice regarding Lyme verging on negligence.

THERE ARE MILLIONS OF LYME PATIENTS SUFFERING, AS I HAVE, FROM DYSBIOTIC CONDITIONS , WHICH SOME PHYSICIANS ERRONEOUSLY AND STUBBORNLY INSIST ARE LYME SYMPTOMS THAT THEY TREAT WITH MORE ANTIBIOTICS. ARE WE LOOKING AT MASSIVE MEDICAL CULTURAL BIAS AND DENIAL HERE?
